WAP-5 - Maximum permissible speed is 160 kmph.

Just correct me, if MPS for WAP 7 is 130 KM/h, then in that case Mumbai Rajdhani and other trains MPS will be only 130 Km/hr... am i correct.
Also I have seen in youtube videos not sure wether WAP 4 or WAP7 , it was written inside the lococ MPS 140 KM/hr//
