Are they constructing only 4Pfs ?? I feel its less if they plan to start Suburban trains to Bengaluru, also new lines like Rayadurga-Tumakuru and Davangere-Sira-TK will come up in near future.

what about line near SSE office,will they construct(sleepers,rails are partially liad there) it as part of remodelling,i feel demu rake can fit into that length,as other side is a dead end

Yes. something has happened to SWR, the pace of work at TK was very fast. In the hour I was waiting they completed at least 100 m of PF2 edge-wall by installing cement blocks with JCB, filling the gaps with cement and levelling the PF.

At new line too the entire PF 2 main line was topped-up by crushed stones by the 2 trucks in half-hour. They were waiting for ballast packing machine to come back from Thippasandra to finish the work on PF2 by evening.

SSE office? Behind PF 1? They have dug up that place. Maybe track will be laid. People were struggling to get onto the Vasco train due to mud and all the work, so maybe they are doing things fast.
