why i don't know chennai central won't give clearance to this train
every run it will be started late at-least by 40 min
they will keep this train on platform and they will send other trains without giving clearance to this train

they send howrah mail at 23:45 and they will keep this train aside on platform at-least till 00:10 am though it arrived with 10-20 min delay
like if it is arrived at 23:20 they won't send this train after howrah mail left then only they will give signal to this train
