who eligible for lower birth quota my uncle aged 62 and aunty 60 yr will they take benefit for the lower birth

they are going to Lucknow from valsad in 19037 avdh exp there is no availability in genral quata but available in lower birth quata
If you book them together they shall only receive the concession.
If you book them alone, they would be placed against LB Quota (Subject to availability) + they would receive the concession.
If availability is only in Lower ebrth quota to avail it there is no other go but to book for them seperately-but then chances are that they will get seperate coaches as lower berth quota can be availed by ladies above 45 years or male senior citizens who travel alone
