I have booked in 19806 UHP-Kota exp from Jammu to Newdelhi on 12-01-2017 and my flight JetAirways from Delhi to Bengaluru is on 13-01-2017 at 09:25 am . 19806 reaches NDLS @ 03:00 hrs (scheduled time) on 13-01-2017 whether is this safe or I have to go for any other train. Today chckd status of 19806 reached NDLS late by 1:30 hrs .
Previously travelled in Dec from JAT to NDLS in Raj at tht time Raj reached NDLS late by 01:40 hrs and took a taxi...

This is very safe. There is excellent infra and connectivity between at NDLS, IGI Terminal 3 and between them. You can deboard at NDLS between 4-4.30 AM, Go to IRCTC lounge on PF no. 16, refresh yourself, and right across the parking lot, there is Airport Express Metro Line which connects NDLS directly with T3. It takes hardly 20 minutes to travel. The first metro leaves at 4.45 AM (2nd at 5.30 AM), thereafter every 20 minutes. Fare is 60 or 80 per head.
Do not even think of taking Taxi / auto at that ungodly hour in Delhi (Ola / Uber is okay). They will rip your wallet apart.

If you have any other question, ask me. I have done this a few times (T3-Metro-NDLS-Metro-T3)
I normally used to travel in Jammu Raj from JAT to NDLS and usally take metro to T3/T1-D but these days due to fog trains r getting delayed hugely thts why thinking like tht and more over the turn aroun time of 19806 is hardly 2 hours as 19805 daparts from KOTA at 14:30 on wednesdays and reaches Udhampur at 12:15 on Thursdays and will depart as 19806 at 14:35 hrs less TAT.
Oh I am sorry. I assumed and based by answer considering max 1.5 hr / 2 hr delay in reaching NDLS, as you told the last run reached at 4.30 AM.
Cancelled this train and booked in 12920 MALWA exp 3AC presently at JAT Archana exp fm Patna arrived on PF2 & Ajmer Jat on Pf1
