I don't have any records as of now. Perhaps, you can check old SCR PR's (2008/2007 - not sure) where they ran it as a special to AKP, then they have given a date for inauguration, cancelled it and SCR gave a new inauguration date.

You have no records yet you claim that GR was allocated to ECoR! And about repainting of coaches- Can you recollect that VSKP GR was tri-weekly when it was introduced? Then where did the additional coaches come from when GR was made daily? They were transferred from other divisions where other GRs were flop. And about extending this train to PSA/CHE- The real GARIBs have never properly used this train. It is the middle class people who have benefitted from this train.

It was never run till AKP or alloted or propsed. SCR has got the new rake and got clearance from safety commission to run the train in SCR limits as they are high capacity coaches which are different from normal 3AC coaches with higher speed rating. EoCR didn't act swiftly to get clearance. As holiday season came SCR wanted to utilize the rake as special between SC and AKP. The matter it bought to notice of RB by MP of VSKP. RB advised SCT not to run till AKP aa special and insisted EOCR to get clearance from safety commission and the whole exercise is completed in a week and introduced regular run SC vskp in Oct 2008.

Sir, just check the PR in 2007/08. I am also trying to check the PR of SCR, and will post ASAP. First Triweekly, next 4 days a week with an RSA with YPR Garib and then it was daily.
One can check the EOG of today's 12739 ex.VSKP with ECoR markings, repainted as SC and coach number is 0885X
GR was inaugurated on 23-10-2008 as a tri-weekly and four-days a week from Dec 2008, I guess...
