I have booked a 2S ticket from Rajpura (RPJ) to Delhi Subzi Mandi (SZM) for 27/08/2011. As per your website or erail.in or indianrail.gov.in the ticket should be of Rs. 83.00 but they have charged me Rs. 93.00. Kindly clarify...

No. I have booked the ticket at Delhi Sarai Rohilla.
Can u explain the rule a bit more as to which classes does it applies, etc...
I have booked a SL ticket for Delhi Subzi Mandi (SZM) to Bassi Pathanam (BSPN) for 26/08/2011 from Delhi Sarai Rohilla, but they haven't added Rs. 10 to it....

If you want to travel from A to B and you book tickets from any place other than A, then 10/- would be charged.
If Delhi Subzi Mandi (SZM) falls under Delhi city only, then the charge would not be applicable.
I mean, all the NZM, NDLS, Delhi Sarai ROhilla are all treated as DELHI when the booking happens.
