Q. How to identify a CBC rake?
A. You have to look for the missing shock absorbing buffers between the coaches. OR
You have to look for the yellow strip painted from top to bottom,at the ends of the coach.

Also watch for the coach no. It has a 'C' at the end of it denoting CBC coupling.
