In Lucknow average delay is 1 hour only

Kanpur Patna is similar to above mentioned stations but mgs is good compare to all as I have not faced any delay in mgs outer

Technically not at MGS outer. But as you will cross Chunar, the train runs as if the locomotive is running out of fuel.
