Everyone knows if a train is running late, ONLY RailFans know WHY it is late

The promise to stop the institutionalised corruption of the past 65 years has not been kept. That could have been stopped to at least some extent. The routine kickbacks in procurements, scrapping, and the rule of diesel mafia - pilferage right from the refinery to the filling up of loco could have been stopped. The RB still continues, though promises to dismantle it and streamline numerous IR subsidiaries are all just talk. So much could have been done in 2.5 years!
