Seems you are having some confusion. These are the coaches of 12583/84 LJN-ANVT double decker as the DD is cancelled due to fog for 2 months these coaches has arrived to its Base GKP for a periodic overhaul as GKP is the only place in NER which has a POH depot and train coaches like DD LJN-R GR and other from adjoining zones like ECR and NCR regularly comes to GKP for POH.
