SDAH mainly for local...local pressure too much...and in 20 PFs, last 7 pfs are in South section which is in a different direction and no link with 1-9A & to decrease the pressure from SDAH, Kolkata(KOAA) started in 2006 under SDAH Division mainly for long distance trains...Jammu Tawi Exp, Akaltakht, Ananya Etc shiftef to KOAA from SDAH.
