Does a Duronto NECESSARILY stop at all technical stoppages, or there have been occasions when they skip them too?

I don't think one can achieve any thing at Tech Halt except missing train just like a passenger missed MAS-NZM Duronto for Banana at Gudur.Tech halts are used for rail purpose only.
No, my query is, I need to deboard the train at a technical halt. But what if does not stop there for some reason? Is there a possibility of that?
If a Technical Stop has been decided by railways for a Duronto it simply can't skip the said station as it is a much warranted "Technical" stop for the train.
The train necessarily stops at technical stop. No question of skipping that. If it skips, it may stop with a jerk, cause it can happen that the driver of the train is doing extra hrs duty (else he would have got relieved at the technical stop) and that too with an empty stomach (which he would have got at the technical stop).
