**MOST PUNCTUAL TRAINS OF WORLD**
JR Central, a railway company that operates trains in central Japan, reports on its site that the average delay of a bullet train or shinkansen on the main Tokkaido Shinkansen line, that connects Osaka with Tokyo, was only 0.6 minutes per train.When trains are delayed for as little as five minutes, the conductor makes an announcement apologizing for the delay and the railway company may provide a "delay certificate", as no one would expect a train to be this late.
