In the MG era, i think it is HYB - Jaipur Meenakshi express. which was later cancelled at time of GC and then HYB - AII introduced. Right now there is another train TPTY - RMM meenakshi express.
It is a YG (not a YB), the standard 2-8-2 meter gauge freight loco for IR after independence. This particular locomotive was manufactured by Nippon Sharyo, a Japanese company and delivered to IR in 1954.
It was initially a bi-weekly between KCG-AII introduced in October, 1977. It used to reverse at SC and proceed towards Purna.
Sometime in the mid-80's, it was dieselised for part of the route and I believe that was the time it was sped up and converted to a SC-JP daily train. However, only a few coaches actually ran the entire distance. Most of the coaches from SC were detached at Khandwa and only a few coaches ran over the ghat section between Khandwa and Mhow, and again section coaches were attached between Mhow and Jaipur.
