There are many MRMU trains whi ply between goes via NZM almost all the day ....just check for them in IRI and chose the one that best suites you ...
Handling luggage and 10-15 people in difficult in menu trains as you may not get enough time to load and unload luggage and for boarding 10-15 people.
Just come out of station from main entrance/exit(Towarfs PF-1 and comesum) and take a few steps and you will see Hazrat Nizamuddin bus stop.Take a bus from there to new Delhi railway station.
