Please guide me how to book 35 tickets in 3 tier a/c. we have marriage function and need to take 35 relatives to "Baarat".
Can we contact irctc AGENT for bulk booking.
Distance is long Ahmedabad to Puri.

yes you can but in that case service tax will be levied on your transaction.
by d way you don`t need to create six different account you r allowed 4-5 txn per months means 4*6= 24 seats
as i book in returning in 12876 from cnb (boarding lko) i booked my all ticket through IRCTC.

AII-PURI has some 30 3AC berths available as on now for 17-5-2017 from ADI & this same quota is used from Marwar don't know if any tickets have been booked till now...Also if have to get higher quota you need to book from AII/BER which have 80 berths 3AC quota to PURI...But you have pay 170 extra for each ticket per adult passenger..This would account up to Rs.6000 extra to get tickets with BP change option used.

Service tax is there for all AC classes whether its online or PRS booking...Its Transaction service charges levied by IRCTC is additional when booked online but as of now till 31st March 217 that charges have been waived off.So even if they book it online should n't be a problem since ARP for return also open around first week of Feb.

If you book under Bulk booking for AC Classes, one-third availability should be there. in your case you have to book 35 tickets means, there should be minimum 105 seats available at that time of booking. Otherwise booking clerk wont book.. in that case you can book in IRCTC or PRS counter by having 6 tickets each in different bookings.
