How and Why salary of Indian Railway staffs is not affected during FOG ?
Indeed it gets affected. L.P & ALP gets extra bonus bcoz of the late running of trains.
IR is fooling passengers only :)

they are doing becz in most of the section they have monopoly...koi nhi yar wo din dur nhi jb train mai travel krnay walay log rich khlayngy or flight walay middle class...in Europe during offers flight ticket is cheaper then train (talking abt IC) which is very normal
Nahi bhai mileage kam Milega toh salary bhi kam hogi... So during fog days if mileage is dropped down then salary also comes down automatically, IR running staff doesnt get OTA unless they work for upto a certain hrs(>12 hrs) a single shift. During congestion & fog even goods crew change would happen at frequent intervals so that IR may need not pay a single penny as OTA.
