For many can continue to argue that Mr Prabhu has given new projects and initiatives to IR which include twitter complaint handling thing, the unending complaints from the passengers side puts a serious question:
Is Railways willing to carry forward this twitter grievance redressal and hope to gain media limelight once in a while, or
Do they have honest intention to reach a phase where they hardly give passengers any chance for any complaint ?
