ICF coaches are also anti-telescopic!! The over-turning is because of the Screw coupling. We need at least CBC couplings in all the coaches to prevent such mishaps.
Track circuits should also be implemented more seriously. At least when tracks are cut, track circuits can give a warning ahead of time and stop trains from moving into the affected sections!
