Sorry to hear about your experience with Mumbai LTT - Dibrugarh Express. It is unfortunate that the train got delayed by 6 and 8 hours respectively during your journeys. The delayed timings can be attributed to the poor maintenance of tracks and signals en route, especially in the Patna section which causes congestion and delays. However, diverting the train via Itarsi-Jabalpur-Renukut-Gaya-Sabdalpur-Katihar might not be feasible due to longer distance and lack of availability of operational facilities on this route. As for the cleanliness and food quality, it is the responsibility of Indian Railways to ensure that passengers are provided with clean and hygienic conditions throughout their journey. We hope that the Railways takes appropriate steps to improve the overall experience of the passengers.
