Kolkata supposed to be least economically rich compared to rest of metros (DEL,MUM,CHENNAI and BLR also) Now Delhi has GR from rest important metros and big cities. LKO has 3, Some have two rather (12910,12216 for Mumbai; 12569,22405 for Patna,)

Then simply exchange slots 15716 and 12212. As easy as that. If thats not possible have an RSA with Rnc GR. 130 mps bhi mil jayega which is added benefit that will give tough fight to Rajdhani, Duronto.
