very bad experience took place travelling by kanpur shatabdi(12034) on 20th jan 2017,on this day train was late around 18hrs.train departed for cnb at 7.35am on 21/1/17.lunch which was served was very general type daal chawal only.food contractor waiters behaviour was also not good,such as we experienced in sealdah rajdhani exp.in past.inspite of paying dynamic fare train routine is very bad now a days,it needs to improve.
