I guess ki JBP-AII ko LHBfied karna chahiye bcz WCR ke abhi tak koi bhi dedicated LHB train nahi h to ye train large area of WCR ko cover karti h.
Actually WCR ke saare trains ke rake itne well maintained hain ki technically new LHB rake ki zaroorat nahi hai. But agar saare zones ko LHB mil gya hai toh fir MPSK ko bhi milna chahiye.
