It seems Green Signal for KRNT MALM,But not allocated any funds ..What does it mean ??

Though it looks that way , it isnt extension of GDW-RC line to Ginigera. RC - Ginigera is part of Mahaboob nagar- Ginigera line.
the proposal line is via kurnool, nandikotkur, dornala to connect guntur line
Then THats through ghat and will be paralled to the already scrapped Gadwal- Macherla line (scrapped coz of hoigh investment and very low ROI anticipation). is he line which you r saying i.e KRNt - Dornala- GNT line still alive ?? I dont think SO
ncbn also has the plan to lay the line along with the proposed and confirmed 4lane hwy from kurnool to amaravati
