It seems Green Signal for KRNT MALM,But not allocated any funds ..What does it mean ??

But the Gadwal-Raichur line is already being extended to Ginigera ( at least according to the IRI map) from RC itself. How will they extend the line from Krishna to Munirabad? It will have to run parallel to RC-Ginigera route for most of the distance and then cross it at some point. That will make one of the two lines completely redundant. Am I missing something here?
