BSP-NGP 410 km is proposed for SHS train(160kmph). A substantial portion of this route is to be barricaded for safe operation of SHS. It is reported that Rs. 16.35 crore required for barricading of BSP-Durg track. For BSP-NGP the figure should be about 50 Crores. 1.13 crore allocation is too low for any significant progress in barricading.

Under prevailing scenario, we can utmost expect 130kmph trains that will operate on the barricaded routes in near future!!
