Read the article carefully, 160 is described as the max. speed of LHB coaches and their is noting wrong in this statement. It's nowhere written that the train will have a Max. speed of 160 km/hr.
इसकी वजह से यह अधिकतम 160 किलोमीटर की रफ्तार से चल सकेगी। अपनी रफ्तार की वजह से ही यह 21 घंटे में दिल्ली पहुंचाएगी।

Statistics are bit old but still fact have to understand that Durg has not enough space to hold LHB washing pit lines to originate new trains thats why on 2014-15 new Coaching Depot sanctioned at marauda station and it is already has completed 80% and remaining is 20% you haven/t read my previous post thats why again written same thing about durg that its terminal gone into back burner, Durg and Bhilai is twin city and if they develop a coaching complex which route is not have any traffic then it is good to them for future benefits. also i am again urging you please read about Marauda Article once here: /blog/post/2153544 to clear you vision about durg complex and Marauda depot construction.
