The last time I checked, there are still delays in getting trains from Outer to platforms. What's more is required to improve efficiency (of course, the personnel) :P

Yes, Problem is there. Due to lobbying, they want long distance trains on specific platform's especially lunch and dinner time ;). For example, I saw that Pinakini which is a terminating train given on PF 7 where as YPR- HTE is taken on PF 1. I was surprised with that :).
