The last time I checked, there are still delays in getting trains from Outer to platforms. What's more is required to improve efficiency (of course, the personnel) :P

I have been observing the arrival of 17226 Amaravati Express - It reaches KC by 4:45 daily and by TAD, the train arrives on platform between 5:45 and 6, sometimes 6:30, even when many platforms are empty. Couldn't understand what the issue is. Very sad!
