Depends on it departing Mgs and Ald and then reaching cnb. If it departs ald before 4, it generally reaches cnb before 6 and it leads cnb shatabdi. could get late b/w garhwa and nabinagar for mgs. son nagar junction is another slowing point. Its margin of error is almost zero to lead cnb shatabdi from kanpur.
