only additional decorative upgrades were made for gatimaan ;) my comment was in general, highlighting the silly approach IR pursues with regards to HS network, not just gatimaan ;)
even the new lines being constructed aren't being made with 130/160 in mind, IR is just trying to push projects to completion without any thinking of HS network :/
