CR is saying work on doubling between Nagothane and Roha is progressing, it is not stalled. If it is true, does anybody know it's status.?

All these observations were of July 16. So it is still not clear whether court has allowed them to progress with doubling near to Roha. If you have seen workers working on the section that means they got green signal to work.
