You updated only 20. Actually Cancelled on both 15 and 20. Please go through press release.
As mentioned previously, TLMs are requested to Confirm partially correct Entries, and thereafter quickly fill in the remaining information. While giving credit to the original updater, this will also save overall effort, as the next person just has to fill in the missing information.
