Kya WDP3A,WDP4,WDM3D ko bhi 130MPS ki permission milni chaahiye jisse ye Rajdhani,Shatabdi jaisi train ke liye fit ho jaaye?

Only EMD are suitable for 130 kmph or above speeds as they have better hauling capacity and acceleration as compared to ALCOs.
Plus NO diesel track in India is suitable for 110+ kmph MPS (Its possible only for BWN-NJP section where NJP shatabdi can do 130 kmph speed if tracks are upgraded , but alas ER is working very hard for making it electrified).
So as of now NO need to upgrade Diesel ALCO's to 130 kmph.
