By WDS-4 you mean to say that mini size diesel loco called "Pappu" by many IR Personnel ? I suppose that Delhi Area's Shakhurbasti DLS homes WDS-4 Locos & a few of them do shunting between Budgam and Baramulla via Srinagar :)

Yes, the WDS4 class is famous as 'Pappu' among rail fans!! CLW produced these locos, along with YDM2 for metre gauge and ZDM3-5,NDM5 for Narrow gauge before shifting full-time to electric locos.
