Hello all, The railways introduced new coaches to Cholan express on both directions, a welcome one. What is the alternate arrangements for passengers booked under second sitting and S 9 coach. On checking this site the S 9 coach position not shown. How the railways going to accommodate passengers booked on s 9 and second sitting. Thanks.
They'd be accommodated in S1-S8. Each LHB coach has 6 more berths compared to an ICF coach. So 8*6=48 out of the 72 of erstwhile S9 will be accommodated there. The remaining 24 may be upgraded our accommodated against seats released from hidden quotas.
