question is, who will support the Indian Railway? there is no answer!!

There are mega & noble plans to spend, but no thought to earn the money which they want to spend!!!
This is very much like a child's wishes of having all kinds of things without bothering that it is possible only if you have money, which has to be earned beforehand. Money earned by others (predecessors) cannot serve the purpose for long.
This ideology has lead to downfall of the state in question from one of the most successful state financially, industrially, educationally etc in the past to a poor performer and financially lagging state today.

Ironically those who are talking about the long-term stability of the IR gave maximum financial blows to IR through introduction of a large number of politically motivated concession schemes, loss making new trains/projects etc. IR suffered maximum financial losses with marked fall in performance, when Rly Ministry was governed by them.

In order to come out of financial troubles, IR just have to get its basics right, focuss on its core area i.e. train operation rather than meddling with other department's area like education, sports etc.
