“General Managers would sign similar Annual Performance Agreements with their PHODs (Principal Head of Departments) and DRMs (Divisional Railway Managers). The performance of PHODs and DRMs with respect to Key Performance parameters will be measured and made a part of their Annual Performance Appraisal and included in their service records,” says the Railway Board circular accessed by FE Online.

Oh.. to Kya NER ke area me load kerne jaisa Kuch nahi hai ? Phir to NER every year last hi ayega..
Nahi, NER k territory me agricultural fields hai jisme anaaj upajte hai or bahar bejhne ki jarurat nahi padti kyunki wahi unko market bhi mil jaata hai.

Competition to hona hi chahiye....but important is those area where you compared... If NER has never sufficient area for Freight Traffic so how can u compare with other Zones..
SER,SECR has Freight traffic more while NER has Passenger traffic is more...I think main Area where we need to focus is to serve public.Areas of comparison would be :
*Passenger Amenities
*Fast...

I only see passenger amenities being flooded at GKP only, other small stations are still waiting for basic amenities like light, shds, platforms, etc.
