Does anyone or aged relatives face issue with filling the form such that :
1-Space for writing too less
2-Instructions are not readable due to printing quality and / or fonts...

Solution :
Use only two languages : Hindi and English : as most people are now knowing either one or both.
Print: instructions on one side and and Format on other side
advantages : for PRS booking
1-Easy reading understanding,
2-quick filling
3-staff can read quickly and work efficiency increase
4-benefit to passengers as lines move fast
