If India can become one of the world leaders in space science and rocket launchers, then it can very well become a world leader in Bullet train technology or Mag lev train technology.

Govt need to set priorities right, it need to spend much more in scientific research and development and give proper environment to the brightest of our students, scientists, engineers and doctors to stay here and develop new technology, devices etc to make India world leader in other fields as in space research.
