Friday's BKN CBE AC Express came down with an off-link from NWR itself, EMD from BGKT Shed instead of the regular ABR WDM link. The spot (3 KMS outside Udupi station) from where i captured this is the regular spot where one gets to watch trains at 105-110 kmph! However, the train seemed to have cut down its speed to a mere 20-25 kmph speed! This strech has lot of curves and the trains come down at speed with very few honks! In the last 1 month, there has been 2 human deaths. So i presume, the train had slowed down to pass this stretch at a sedate speed.
