I think since its a single rake, it doesn't require an RSA with primary maintenance at KCVL/ERS. Just like Venad exp without any RSA having maintenance at TVC. I may be wrong.
Then nobody would take this train to travel to TCR/PGT from ERS/ERN, because 12678 , leaving ERS at 09.10, reaches PGT at 11.45.
Venad express since it has PM at TVC, it need not require RSA and runs as dedicated train. If this train has to go to ERS or KCVL. For sure, they will introduce a PUU-ERS/KCVL Passenger. SR won't run empty rake express for such a long distance. Or they might give RSA with current running PUU trains like PUU-CAPE or PUU-QLN

True..but i believe this train would be a normal express having more unreserved sitting coaches with more stops rather than ERS SBC Intercity with more reserved sitting coaches and lesser stops. So, there should be decent patronage. Also more slack time might have been added for the PUU PGT Exp. Maybe it could reach much earlier.Also, not sure whether it would skip SRR or not.
