This is for information to all concerned that after decades now Tripura is connected with the rest of Country through BG Network. But I am very sorry to inform that train connectivity to the nearest major stations are very very poor. Only two trains runs from Agartala in a total of Three days in a week. For rest of the days no Express / mail trains from these vast locality of Tripura, Assam & other states in this regions. Also, these trains do not have pantry or Tatkal facility as well. So, we can not get any ticket. The Tripura Sundari runs only once in a week and is a train with very less compartments and the Kanchanganja runs on two days in a week and no pantry and Tatkal ticket. So, the people face lots of problems.

We're getting there, we will surly have BG connectivity to places like Anjaw, with multiple trains.
Dear Sir, almost 2 years past after BG service has been started. But no progress. Only two trains (3 days) from a State Capital, why?? We are not asking for Delhi / Mumbai train everyday from here. But at least upto nearest Major station like Guwahati should be connected everyday, which is another state capital. From there people can take other train service.
For other states we find even small small towns are well connected too. But here 3 /4 states with vast nos of districts and population only a small train like Tripurasundari only once in a week & Kanchanjanga twice in a week without Tatkal & pantry. All the people are suffering. I request everybody should raise voice...
