KOLKATA CITY: Ministry of railways have paid high concern to the fact of passenger safety in Jharia coal fields. On a private session at Ranchi, the Chandrapura-Dhanbad and few more sections have been ordered to be closed. Prompting the order into priority, ECR ordered SER to suggest new routes for present trains. Later itself also planned out a chart which unfortunately got rejected.
As per MOR's statements, Gomoh(Jharkhand) is the main station to have reversal of many important trains. To reduce to the load, diversions have also been planned through Purulia(West Bengal). ER adding to the notes to have 12019/12020 Howrah-Ranchi-Howrah Shatabdi Express diverted via Purulia making the train travel shorter distance and increasing journey speed. Dhanbad, Adra, Asansol and Howrah have signed the pact.
Dhanbad's personal demands sent after approvals were clearly rejected due to non-feasibility.
Adra division on it's view asked the zone(SER) to allot MEMUs and ICF rakes. Adra plans to run trains on Ispat Nagar route to Bokaro Steel City. Stations like Santaldih(WBPDCL), Bhojudih, and Bokaro have very few options to take for Kolkata. An express train concept like 58012-58014 will surely be a boon to them. After route modifications completes, Adra will run trains on the section. On a special request done by Sainik Schools Society(under Ministry of Defence) to railways, a special army train to Kolkata Chitpur from Purulia will run on recommended days and special timing via Asansol-Durgapur section.
Asansol division was given the duty to make movements faster in the Grand Chord in each and every kind of situations.
Howrah division has asked Dhanbad to stop every railway operation in the coal field region in view of passenger safety.

Hwh ne 12019 to le hi lya, let it run few weeks via non Dhn route an we will know if its occupancy is affected. If yes Dhn was right to fight for Shatabdi, if not it was good fun while it lasted. Kya bigaad lega comment was for the fact that Dhn has still good connectivity with both Hwh and Rnc.

Wo to hai khas kar KOAA ka connection RNC se bhi kafi acha hai.
GC aur BWN-HWH section India ke best speed sections me ati hai. Aur Nh-2 bhi de.
Dekhiye purane baato ko dorahana sahi nhi hai jo ho gya so ho gya ab age ki sochiye!

Ab DHN RFs ko mil ke DRM HWH ko tweet karna chahiye DD ko Shatabdi ke slot me chalaye with a delay of 10 mins. Parrallely depart karega Black ke saath 6:15 aur 12019 ko trail karega.
110 MPS karan DD 12019 ka TT to follow nahi kar payegi but agar BRR aur KMME ka stoppage withdraw karke chalaya jaye to fir bhi 10 baje tak DHN enter kar sakta hai !
This will cater to the AC class paxx in the HWH-DHN section and would likely be preferred by even paxx in HWH-ASN section who may not like to pay the dynamic surcharges! Yes the shatabdi service will not be there but DD would get a fresh breath of life instead of rotting at HWH!
Kya bolte hai?
The problem that I think might arise maybe ER's refusal to run the DD!

Actually ab ECR ko hi Olive leaf lekar age badhna hoga.
HWH and more preferablly SDAH se us time ek prime fast connectivity millna zaruri hoga DHN ke liye!
