From Bhagalpur to lailakh 14 km, we can expect completion upto 31 Mar 18 but from lailakh to kahalgaon 16 km there are many major bridges specially the one just before kahalgaon from west, that is called kaua naala. This 16 km stretch is much prone to floods and work here can't be done simply by levelling soil, putting gitti and then sleepers and tracks.
Here, first a 15- 25 feet layer of soil to be laid with arrangements of soil erosion from both sides, which will take time along with above mentioned major pools and very difficult to complete before 31 Mar 18.
