What are the chances of on time arrival at delhi in may as we are planning to book in it for chandigarh or any alternative options in same time slot may be after 8 pm

Is their any alternative better option for chandigarh as my flight will be landing by 5.30 pm at terminal 1d
Kindly dont trust this train for on time arrival is difficult. But since apko CDG jana hai u can book dli -Cdg after landing at Delhi. Pls check departure from Hwh 1 day before. If it departs ontime, then only book otherwise wise take Bus
Is it possible to catch chandigarh shatabdi after landing at 5.35 pm(average delay 39 min) at delhi terminal
