Mujhe to ye nahi samajh aata ki SER ka HQ HWH me kyu hai? Kya jarurat hai ER or SER dono k HQ HWH me hone ka? SER HQ should either be shifted to RNC or TATA, pure SER ki jagah sirf HWH me emphasis rehta hai.
Kya zaroorat hain WR & CR ki HQ Mumbai mein hi ho. WR ka HQ ADI ho ya phir CR ka HQ Pine mein ho
Isliye to bool raha hu ki SER ka HQ RNC ya TATA shift hona chahiye. pure SER ki jagah main focus kewal HWH pe hi reh jaata hai. Aisahi CR or WR k sath bhi hona chahiye, kyu dono ke HQ Mumbai me hi rahe?
Demand for zones by each state is not good for national integration/ strong India.
Zones itself are not good for the financial health of IR.
Each Zone is a very costly affair for IR as many offices have to be manned and maintained causing a recurring expenditure of hundreds of crores of rupees.
Why not to make IR a lean and efficient organisation...
