If u want to reach Chennai Central station this is the station u need to alight if u travel by suburban train(Tambaram/Chengalpattu - Beach section).
U need to use FOB to reach Chennai central station. If u have heavy luggage means there is another exit with well laid path close to extreme end of platform towards north direction which it directly take u to Main highway road in front of Chennai Central station signal then u have to cross the road.
