If you are diesel fan then you can take chain from Delhi to Ahmedabad by Ashram superfast and then Adi to Bdts any train as per your choice.
Ashram is one of the best train of Indian railway. And very aggressive run on mostly single line section.
You can chose shatabdi also from Adi Bct. Again one of best shatabdi of IR
